I can't tell you how many times people tell us that a contractor looked at a structural issue at their house and would say, "Well your house has been standing for 80 years and hasn't fallen down yet; this issue shouldn't be a problem". That's just not sound logic. In our line of structural remediation, we know that if there are structural issues, they need to be addressed before a catastophic event. It's akin to brakes going bad on your car. You maintain or replace your brakes before you have an accident. It's not just a property damage issue, it's also a safety issue!
