Structural Solution |
Shored and jacked up canopy to level position. Installed steel beams and columns along entire 125 ft length of strip mall canopy. Mounted columns in steel reinforced concrete footings. Wrapped columns in brick and installed EIFS along entire length of beam line. Removed roof over canopy and replaced the ineffective framing with structurally sound framing secured to building superstructure. Installed new modified bitumen roofing. |
